ORDERING & PAYMENT METHODS
Our products can only be purchased through our online store. The following payment methods are accepted;
  • Credit Card 
  • Paypal

Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been accepted so please keep this in mind if you need urgent delivery. 

CORPORATE GIFTS
If you are a corporate customer looking to find the perfect gift for new parents to be, Sebi & Lucas may be able to customise a hamper with your unique branding and budget to suit. Simply send us an email at contact@sebiandlucas.com.au to discuss options.

GIFT WRAPPING / GIFT BOX
All of our hampers come packaged in our signature white gift box with black ribbon. 

A fee of $4.95 is charged for custom hampers. You will need to select our signature gift box as an item to purchase in addition the individual pieces you would like included in your custom hamper. 
If you are adding items to an existing hamper gift box, you will only be required to pay for the price of the hamper + the price of any additional items purchased. The gift wrapping will be included as part of the hamper at no additional charge.
 
Items that are purchased without the signature gift box will be sent without any gift wrapping.

SHIPPING
At the moment, we only offer standard delivery across Australia. For more information on shipping, please refer to the 'Delivery Information' section of our website. 

 

RETURNS/CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
At Sebi & Lucas we understand the importance of customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, don't worry we've got you covered! Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods and provided the items are in original condition, we will refund you the purchase price, excluding delivery fees.
